I always advise my clients to get treatments every week or every 2 weeks depending on the hair texture and condition.when at home maintain color treated hair with color shampoos and color conditioners, You can also use a leave in conditioner on an as needed basis mixed in with some hair oil. Its not necessary to wait exactly 2 weeks if your budget allows. if your hair becomes dry and you see this happening before 14 days you can schedule your maintenance treatments within 10 days or 12 days.

Do remember only a dimes worth of leave in conditioner Is needed to maintain moisture along with a dimes worth of oil (depending on the length and porosity of one hair)
